National Clinical Director of Dentistry
Dr. Michael Dillon, DDS
Dr. Dillon’s career reflects a deep commitment to both dentistry and service. Growing up in Youngstown, Ohio, he started his journey by earning a degree in dental hygiene from Youngstown State University. After working for five years, he pursued his Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) at Ohio State University, graduating in 1995. He then completed a one-year General Practice Residency (GPR) in his hometown before returning to Columbus to work in private practice for 20 years.
In 2016, Dr. Dillon joined 360care, an organization providing dental care to nursing home residents and others with limited access. His passion for working with the elderly led him to become the Regional Clinical Director for Ohio, Michigan, and West Virginia in 2019. In 2025, he took on the role of National Clinical Director for 360care, expanding his leadership across the country.
Outside of work, Dr. Dillon enjoys traveling, particularly to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and is an amateur chef who loves to cook. His dedication to improving the lives of others, especially the elderly, is at the heart of his career, and he finds fulfillment in serving those who may not have easy access to dental care.
