We conduct a thorough screening and comprehensive background check on each of our providers.
Essential to the success of our compliance program is a commitment to ensuring that our providers’ medical documentation is complete and supports the medical necessity of the services provided; and that the billing submitted for those services is accurate.
Each member of our staff is required to complete annual HIPAA and compliance training. As part of that training our staff understands that they are responsible for ensuring that their actions comply with all laws and company policies governing our business operations; and that they have an obligation to report practices and/or behaviors that are not in compliance.
360care maintains a confidential compliance hotline, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, that can be accessed by all staff, patients and their family members, and facility personnel.
